Hale has updated their website RMA form by replacing it with a convenient link to our RMA system, IssueTrak. Once you've created a login, you'll have access to easily submit issues, check the status of your open RMAs, and upload attachments such as photos and invoices. You'll also receive automatic updates on the progress of your RMA and reminders to ship returns or provide invoices.

Please note that all requests for labor reimbursement must be approved by Hale before work can begin. To submit your request or to receive return authorization, simply use the link below or contact our customer service.
