Hale Products’ Technical Service Representatives Now EVT Certified

Ocala, FL (April 23, 2015) – As part of its ongoing commitment to continuous learning and exceptional customer service, Hale Products, Inc. is proud to announce all of its Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) are now EVT (Emergency Vehicle Technician) certified. All TSRs have participated in and completed Hale’s Pump School, which concludes with the EVT examination.

“This is an important customer service milestone for Hale,” said Christine Tarro, Customer Service Manager for Hale Products. “We encourage our team members to grow and further their industry knowledge in order to provide the best possible service for our customers.”

The national EVT certification shows that Hale’s technicians have proven themselves knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing emergency vehicle mechanical problems.

“We like that the certification process isn’t just a classroom format,” Tarro continued. “There’s a hands-on portion as well, which adds more credibility and industry expertise to our team.”

To further build-out this program, new TSRs will attend Hale’s Pump School and complete the EVT test. Customer service representatives will also go through the course, but won’t be required to take the test. This will give team members more field exposure and proficiency so they can better understand the more technical aspects of their daily service calls.
